Menus come from head office rather than from the pub, so the dish list is the same everywhere in the county. Prices are the exception and are set site by site, which is why the same meal can cost noticeably more in a city centre or station pub than in a market town. The food is the same in all 16 pubs, from York outwards. The kitchen opens with breakfast, with the traditional breakfast at £5.19, and the main menu carries an 8 inch margherita at £6.31 and the sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry at £10.54.
