Order And Pay
The Wetherspoons App
Order to your table without going to the bar. Here is exactly how it works, what it does not do, and why the prices it shows depend on which pub you picked.

How To Order With The Wetherspoons App
- 1 Download The App
Get the Wetherspoon app from the App Store or Google Play. It is free and works on any recent phone.
- 2 Choose Your Pub
Open the app in the pub and it offers the nearest one, or search for it by name. Prices and the menu change with the pub, so this step decides what you see.
- 3 Enter Your Table Number
Find your table, then type the number printed on it. This is how the food finds you, so check it before ordering rather than after.
- 4 Build Your Order
Browse the menu by section, pick your dishes and drinks, and choose sides where a dish offers a swap.
- 5 Pay In The App
Card or a phone wallet. There is no cash option in the app and no code to enter. The price is the same as at the bar.
- 6 Wait At Your Table
Staff bring the order out. You do not need to check in at the bar or show anything on arrival.

What The App Does
The main reason people use it. You never join the bar queue, which on a Friday evening is the whole point.
The app carries no separate pricing, no member rates and no offers. What the bar charges, the app charges.
You can order as a guest. There is nothing to join and nothing that tracks what you spend.
Every dish with its price and calorie figure, the same 192 we list here.
Drinks come to the table as well, which is the part most people forget it does.
Several people can order to the same table number on their own phones and pay separately.

What It Does Not Do
The app is a table-service ordering tool and nothing more. It does not deliver. No Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat partnership. Ordering is in-pub only, via the Order and Pay app or at the bar. It carries no loyalty scheme, no points, no member pricing and no field for a discount code, because none of those exist at Wetherspoon. It also will not book you a table, since the pubs do not take bookings for food at all.
The one thing worth watching is which pub it has selected. Prices are set per pub, so the app showing a different number from the one you saw elsewhere usually means it has picked a neighbouring site. Check which pub you are actually in.
