Wetherspoons has 10 pubs in Cornwall, with the largest concentrations in Camborne, Falmouth and Hayle. Each pub is named after something local rather than after the chain, which is why they are hard to spot from the street. The menu is set centrally and does not vary by pub, so the same dishes are available across the county. Prices are the exception and are set site by site, which is why the same meal can cost noticeably more in a city centre or station pub than in a market town. The food is the same in all 10 pubs, from Camborne outwards. Breakfast starts when the doors do, with the all-day brunch at £10.12, and the main menu carries the smaller fish and chips at £9.65 and an 11 inch margherita at £9.38. None of Cornwall's 10 pubs takes table bookings. Wetherspoons runs first come, first served everywhere, so a group is better off arriving before the lunch or evening peak than phoning ahead.
